1. Education on wheels – jointly with RC Madras-Temple City and Rc Pune Central, RC Jerusalem and RC Katmandu , 750 bicycles replaced for schoolchildren in SE India . The originals (bikes not children!) all washed away by a tidal wave as high – I’m told as a grown coconut palm and going 1.2 km inwards

2006-2007. Tele-medicine Pilot: Saving Lives undertook a pilot study for evaluating benefits of telemedicine in supporting healthcare of disaster affected population and hard to reach population in villages and rural regions in partnership with Rotary Club of Ahmedabad Metro.

2006-07. Safe transport of children with learning disabilities and abandoned by their parents. Saving Lives funded through matching grant project with Rotary Club of Bhiwandi a bus to transport these children safely through high risk roads of the region.
